1. If true that attorney just set himself up for a malpractice suit, though I'm glad the info got out.

Jones is more sickening than pond scum. But this sounds like a major breach of client confidentiality.

Or maybe the attorney hates Jones so much that he was willing to risk a suit to sink the slimeball.

Or Jones hired the world's most incompetent attorney, or one with incompetent staff.

Any best on which is the case?
