I would not be one bit surprised that the gop thugs would fall for this, or do it in such a haphazard way. I was kind of wondering if voting blocs are truly not that rigid, and more mobile that the gop thugs thought...e.g., trying to draw in fixed boundaries isn't exactly a fine science, it changes literally from year to year, w/ floating boundaries that literally thousands and thousands of voters move in/move out of from year to year.
