Kaine: SCOTUS may be reluctant to support POTUS because if he can unilaterally defund EPA etc., he can do the same to SCOTUS.

We are determined to win the war.

Warner: (sounds much more forceful and upset than usual) we are hoping to peel off a few more Republicans, but if we can’t there is a limit to what we can do legislatively. We will have leverage during budget negotiations and we intend to use it.
