"Suit Case"College Towns. Meaning most of the Student Body returns to their homes on Weekends. Been there and done that routine some sixty years ago. Scary part,all those Mom's,Dad's,and Grand Parents back home in the Rural areas are now the new Covid Petri victims.

BTW,the Wisconsin GOP's strength is in those Rural areas. Interesting case study to watch.
