3. The courts are reaching limits

With the several Trump challenges and the large history of mapping lawsuits, in Wisconsin, the state courts are reaching the limits of what they can do.
When cornered they often side with the defendants ( in this case the Wisc Election Commission) and start rebuking the plaintiffs (crazy right wing lawyers).
Once these sham lawyers are disbarred and mapping cases get to the 9th Federal Circuit court, we do see much stronger support, from the courts, on basic voting rights. We should see one case that will enforce voter's rights over such lawsuits, over state legislatures and start placing limits on what kid of lawsuits can be filed against elections board & commissions. Put the shamsters into a corner, a box that so limits thier legal possibilities that just filing one puts a law license in grave danger.

...even the staunchest libertarian wants limits on frivilous lawsuits.

In 2022, it is imperative to make sure you elect liberal, socially-responsible justices to every bench in Wisconsin who have the courage to denounce these sham lawsuits, and stop playing the game of 'standing to sue'.
