1. We have a lot of bear activity here, and we mostly give them their space.

Several years ago, a bear spent several weeks in one neighborhood a bit further from their normal range than usual. Typical reaction? "Hey, Joe. Grab your camera, the bear is headed to your house."

For an urban area, we have a LOT of wildlife roaming our neighborhoods, and we respect them.
