2. I stopped at a gas station near Ciudad Alianza(Alliance for Progress city) in Venezuela.

I noticed there were red shoe prints on the blacktop. I asked the proprietor what was that about. She said JFK stopped by and she asked him to put on some slippers, step in red paint... Compare that to Milhouse literally getting stoned in neighboring Colombia.
