Why any restrictions at all on voting? If there are 12 million undocumented immigrants in the country why shouldn't they vote?

I suggest we send ballots out like flyers, pick one up on the corner, fill it out and go to the post office to turn it in. Get your thump painted blue. Lasts for a week so you can only vote once, everybody sees it, nobody knows which ballot is yours. You are in America, you have the right and the duty to vote.

When we become exclusive we have to create and compile long list of those who are included in order to get at the excluded.

Biggest problem you got is tourists wanting to vote and get the blue thumb. Show it to the folks back home, crowds of Japanese posing with blue thumbs, tourists.
