A district's compactness and geographical shape is a huge factor, so says this study.. This comparison goes a long way to-wards de terming which state excels at Gerrymandering.. Leading Candidates had been Florida, Texas , or North Carolina for a gerrymandering award. Your views...

Azavea, a geospatial software firm, conducted a study to examine how redistricting reshaped the geography of U.S. congressional districts. The report assesses the compactness of each district, identifying ones with unusual shapes and twisting boundary lines.
