You have to toggle things a bit/mess around a bit before it usually kicks in well.

Un-install your printer software, reboot, reinstall it again

Make sure you've followed all manufacturer directions from the PC or the printer control panel

Make sure it's the default printer and that your wireless router sees your printer with no issues.

Uninstall the fax machine (unless you really want to use it in Windows)

If all fails, call them on the phone. Good luck.
