1. I've had Carbonite for years.

Fortunately, I've never had to use it. $59 a year for my business, one computer only. Auto-pay from a credit card. There was an incident where I had to get a new credit card because the account was compromised. I updated the info on Carbonite but the auto pay didn't work and they cancelled the coverage. I was able to straighten it out easily by calling customer service. Only took 5 minutes.
