ISP Disconnects several times a day [View all]
This is usual for summertime around here, but I also get notices that sites are not secure, first time that's ever happened. Also get instances of websites just hanging - eBay and elsewhere. Very unusual for line maintenance in the evening, they usually quit by 5 or rarely 6 pm. So are these problems attributable to
ISP maintenance
Russian Hacking
Net Neutrality is dead and bandwidth is being given to bigger more important players?
