7. It's called spoofing. That has been happening to me for over a year now.

One time I called someone back and they said they were returning my call. I explained to them that it was not me and they started screaming at me that this was the number that called. I get (so called) return phone calls several times a day every day.

I would love to know what the people are trying to sell when they get someone who answers the phone.
