When you browse a website using any web browser a user agent string is read from your browser so it can determine how to render the page. A website may decide to display a mobile version of the site or a version that is specific to Android.

User-Agent Switcher for Google Chrome switches between different user-agents.
This extension adds a button to switch between user-agents.

Browse with our predefined user-agents or add your own user-agents.

User-Agent Switcher is primarily for developers who want to test how a page responds to different browsers. User-Agent switcher may also be used to reach certain pages that allows a particular browser.

You can change User-Agent back to default when you are done.

This extension also changes the javascript based "navigator userAgent"
