On an iPhone, there is a way to do a 'screen shot' of whatever is on your screen. If that feature exists on a ZTE Z828, then that might work. Screen-shots on an iPhone get saved to the same place as photos.

Is it Facebook Messenger? If so, log into Facebook on your PC, open up messages, and then you can right-click on the image and save it to your PC.
