8. They didn't charge me

and that's all I can say that is upbeat. I got my laptops back, in my opinion the HP is worse than when I dropped it off, in that the fan is making horrible noise and the battery port is jammed. I tried to get the system information, so I could start looking for a fan. But so far no luck.

Thank you for advice. I'll see if I can follow up with something positive.
