... close the browser, and (for windows) simultaneously press windows key + R to get the RUN dialog.
Then type "cmd" and press the "enter" key.
At the command line type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press the "enter" key.
To close the command line window type "exit" and press the "enter" key or just click the "X" at the top right corner.
