Is there an App that does this? [View all]

I am looking for an easy way to understand everything on my (Android) phone in terms of what is needed (vs optional) what it does and how it is connected to the other things on my phone.

Like, why does this app need access to the camera? What happens if I disable this setting? Which other apps or functions will be affected if I make a change? How is this feature a possible security vulnerability? Those types of questions. And if it could do all of that in a GUI that'd be even better.

Does such a thing exist? And how can I know if I could trust *that* app with all that info?

Help please? I hate being in the dark about what my devices are doing and what they know.
