Try clearing history and data in your browser (if there’s a “reset browser” function, use it. They are all different. )

You’ll have to log in again if you do so. No biggie.

Quit it and start over.

If no luck, restart the computer or device.

I am wild guessing that some javascript got out of control in your browser. It happens.
