Computer Help and Support

I've had this laptop since 2019 oe 2020, and it has always been slow on updates and takes forever for me to get control back. The updates, cleaning, any maintenence, does nothing to improve performance either, either. I think that the updates are more to add new ways to invade my privacy than to improve my computer performance.

I saw something called copilot come up on my toolbar and I unpinned it. Read it is ms ai. Read that it is installed, whether you want it or not and it is hard to get rid of, if you even can. I've had a version of it on this laptop since July 24, but didn't notice.

I appreciate the company while I went through this ridiculous process.
