Of the company that is 'home' to your email account. It may be Gmail, Yahoo (if it still exists) or a Microsoft email. It also could be through your internet service provider. I can't say much about them - I'm in Australia.

But once you identify a company/website that handles your email, find a log-in page and make sure you have your user name (usually the email addy but could vary) and your password of course.

With a bit of luck that should let you into your email.
