6. I am running Windows 11 Pro on a 2013 HP Laptop with no issues

You can use utilities like Rufus to install Windows 11 on older PC's and bypass the hardware and TPM requirements. It is best to do a clean install and that means you have to back up and restore your data. There is at least one utility, Flyby11, that will let you upgrade instead of doing a clean installation. I have also successfully used that one.
