Yesterday

I read the article and it's really not clear how "pre-release, pre-final" firmware got to users in enough numbers to make this a widespread enough issue to be newsworthy. Pre-release. How many would that be? 10,000? Out of the millions of machines shipped every year? Shrug.

Anyway, do your backups. Remember the old Microsoft Word motto:
