3. Yes, I just fixed this same issue, by resetting Edge in Settings, Apps, Apps and Features,

Go to the upper right hand side of your screen, where you have the heart, the human figure in a shadowed circle, and then the 3 dots (indicate other drop down functions avail.), click on that, and one of the many options is settings...click on Settings, you'll have a profile page pop up, w/ two parts, on the far left hand side, titled settings, click on RESET SETTINGS...

Should clear it up, probably do a reboot too. Good luck.
