I don't know how... I just kept clicking a lot of buttons until I found one that started the de-installation process.

I'm really mystified by the terminology. I guess that's the crux of my problem.

For future reference, what do mean you by "the house"? I found "mac HD" (by accident), but how can I "navigate" there... to use Netflix's term.

Also... what's a "spotlight search"?

You were exactly right about "two libraries" ( Who knew?)

It's all Greek to me. I must be Roman. Or maybe just Neanderthal Man.
