5. You could probably use TextEdit to do that.

Either paste the text in a new document and change the format to plain text. Or maybe change the format of the document after creating it and then paste in the text.

I'm not by a Mac right now so I can't test this idea, but it's worth taking a minute to see if it would work.

I used to have a Mac many years ago, but haven't stayed current with the OS features - so if that doesn't work, you'll know why.
