5. 1) click on the apple icon...

at the very top left of your screen

2) the first item on the drop down menu that then appears should be “About This Mac” or something similar…click on that

3) a description of the basic hardware in your computer will appear, one item being “Processor”. For instance, mine says “3.4 GHz Quad Core Intel Core i5”…so i would choose the MacOs Intel version. Your processor may differ.
