My brother found that out after a speeder wrecked his car while he was going through a parking lot there. The cops flat out refused to respond to the scene.

Meanwhile if Wal-Mart calls in to have a shoplifter arrested the cops will fight each other for the chance to be the one who arrest the shoplifter and just about run over innocent people to get there.
