we had the Kingpin of the Legal World use a blowup doll for several years as his Passenger and used the HOV lane until he was accidentally spotted by the Highway Patrol in the backup of a accident. The Case went up to the State Supreme Court and he did loose as well as he had to pay Court Costs in addition to a hefty fine.
