I got plenty high from shrooms back in the day, can't imagine doing such s risky stupid thing to get more high. In fact, I stopped doing shrooms because the high was getting too intense and one time I couldn't talk, too overloaded. I decided right then that it was time for me to let go of hallucinogens and never did any again, even when hubby did some a few more times.
