If they get pulled over as I pass by, I honk and wave.

And this one for general purpose and especially in California, "Fucking idiots."

After over 1.5 million miles of driving for hire, I have no desire to go on many road trips because I don't want to be on the road with the vast majority of present day drivers for all the other reasons mentioned in comments above.
