plastic kiddies' carts that scarcely maneuver and that use them as battering rams against other customers.

I feel for harried parents trying to shop with their kids, but those things are a prime reason I shop in the wee hours of the morning. Frankly, I'd take the drunk on the scooter any day compared to some of them.
