I have a problem with the whole idea. I think the U.S. is the only county that wants tax money earned by a U.S. citizen when overseas. I would love for them the bring back the the US the money earned in China, Japan, Europe etc and put it to good use. I would even love to have the bill allow for 0 taxation if 30% of it was used to build U.S. factories and assembly plants.
