Biden should give Trump an ultimatum. [View all]

Trump gets to live in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington,DC rent free for the next 4 to 8 years if he acknowledges that Biden is legitimate President who won the election fair and square.
The alternative is Trump can continue behaving like a spoiled sore loser and will face negative consequences- Prosecution for Federal Tax Evasion charges and other criminal charges he committed before and while he was President.
