I found out the company has been around for more than 6 years. If the company was not making some money, then it would have gone broke much sooner. It is possible that this law suit by the Minnesota Atty General, Lori Swanson, will ultimately destroy the company. But that will take a while to come to trial. In the meantime, this company continues sending letters. As I said in the original post, I got mine today.
