Pretty early too. Now there was probably some numbers game going on there. The Army doesn't want to look worse than the Navy and with a dick tater like pedo Trump it's not good to look to be in 2nd place.

But still for the Army to even get that close to goal so soon is showing the civilian labor market is not providing jobs.
