3. Just as Dems in Congress probably can't deny passage of bills

… due to low numbers, lots of people here are fighting the fight anyway.
Voting against those bills in congress, is similar to us calling even the lost cause senators and representatives to let them know some (possibly more than we know about) of their constituents oppose their positions.
Elections are a very imprecise “mandate”.
Each issue needs support or opposition as you feel necessary. Disabilities cut across both parties, those lost causes may get a lot more comments on Section 504 than they were expecting as long as none of us gives up.
