Public Transportation and Smart Growth

Yeah I remember this too. He couldn't let Obama get a win while he had plans to run for president. He didn't have a problem with the 5 billion dollar price tag later trying to lure Amazon.

But Trump is sure to demand something outrageous. Even if that didn't happen the original federal part of the funding probably isn't still available and McConnell won't let that through the senate. I hope I'm wrong, but this probably won't get moving until we get rid of more republicans or a failure shuts down rail traffic for months.

I hate being this pessimistic.
