Kick and Rec but the author of the article made a classic mistake.

"Megawatts per year" This is a meaningless value, megawatts are a measure of power, not of energy per year.

"megawatt-hours" would have meaning, megawatts might refer to the collective rating of all the turnstiles if they turned at once, but it woudn't be "per year". It's meaningless as written.
