Transportation Secretary Testifies on 2026 Budget Request
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy testified before the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee on President Donald Trump's 2026 budget request. Topics included air traffic control modernization amid recent accidents and near-misses, improving rail and road safety, and alleged conflicts of interest regarding Elon Musk's SpaceX company and the Federal Aviation Administration. Duffy was also asked about his commitment in pressing Trump to release the so-called Epstein Files, a rumored list of clients of the late child sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.
