2. Only 4 years after being built. That's Amtrak and take it from an Amtrak lover - me.

The above link says 3 years but was written a year ago.

Amtrak is made up of many thousands of competent people, idiots for executives and Board, and some bad apples both in onboard crew and in maintenance facilities.
