Great new book The Non Dairy Formulary [View all]

This book has recipes for vegan cheeses and butters and desserts. All text and loaded with great recipes. The author is Skye Michael Conroy. This book was published in 2013. Here are some dishes he makes: chev re with rosemary balsamic swirl, bleu cheese, glouster with onions and chives brie en croute with caramelized onions mushrooms and walnuts. Really great book and I can't wait to try the recipes, maybe someone has already tried these recipes and can comment.
