Call Kevin Shea, the administrator of USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, at 202-799-7017 to ask him why the USDA wants to have outside groups inspect animals or write the agency at 4700 River Rd., Riverdale, Md. 20737.

Comment online about the proposal or write to Docket No. APHIS-2017-0102, Regulatory Analysis and Development, PPD, APHIS, Station 3A-03.8, 4700 River Road Unit 118, Riverdale, Md. 20737-1238. Comment by March 21.
