And how these companies proceeded without owner authorization. How was death from blunt force trauma and heat stroke determined?
(on edit, it looks like police grabbed some of the bodies before cremation.)

I feel no mercy for people who abuse animals, especially ones that have been left in their care. I'd also be very interested to see any of their, "successfully," trained dogs.
