I understand Zelenskiy feeling like he has no choice, but The USA financially extorting an ally who are simply protecting their sovereignty and homeland from an illegal, aggressive foreign invasion conducted by an ostensible enemy of the USA? That's some sick shit. The revenue that can be raised from the sales of these minerals should be used to rebuild Ukraine. This makes the USA almost as much of the 'aggressor' as the Russian's themselves.
