Ban Russians from entry to all democratic countries, and deport Russians already in the country? I know it is harsh, but so are the results of these campaigns. Maybe it would lead to Russian Citizens fighting against their dictatorship (not seeing much of this now) Seems like it could be a National Security issue for them.
