The operators of those ships like to be on the down low, many unflagged and running with safety transponders off and as long as they can get cash for it without other risk, they will do it. Start taking their cash cows into custody and killing their cash flow, they will quit the business. And Putin will be in a very tight corner. I am glad this is happening but don't know why it wasn't done sooner. Trump really should get behind this as he can own Putin, help his Middle Eastern friends sell more oil as China and India will be losing a major oil source and can claim hero status if he ends the war.
