4. A year ago, RFU said they were being deleted by YouTube, but that hasn't happened.

Scroll down a few inches to the comment from TotalSpaceNut; they provide many links which describe the RFU site as a Shopify monetizer based in Hong Kong, with a poor track record for analyzing current events. RFU sounds very iffy to me.
