were being demonetized which likely prompted the provider to say they were being deleted from YouTube and if memory serves me correctly the accounts in those foreign languages were also closed so at that time there was some validity in that reaction.

I'm not going to dig into whether or not any site is a Shopify monetizer since nearly every video on YouTube is used to make money for someone--be it a cause, a company, a country, or a corporation. I also find it dubious that you would give a commenter named "TotalSpaceNut" any credibility when discussing another blogger, but to each their own.
