When it comes to Russia's war against Ukraine, the economic devastation in Russia is undeniable. And yet, Russia is doing all they can to deny it. Officially, the Kremlin touts strong GDP growth in Russia, despite the war, as a sign of a strong and flourishing economy. But behind the scenes, when one actually looks at the balance sheet, there's a different picture forming.

In this video I take a close look at the Russian economy, including their inflation, the collapse of the ruble, their declining war chest, and where Russian "GDP growth" is really coming from. The question is, how long can Russia continue to fund their invasion of Ukraine?
